After many, many years a confirmed sausage and bacon lover, I have finally decided to attempt making my own. I have bought an electric mincer and a sausage stuffer. Yes, I am fully aware of how many innuendos I have managed to cram into a small space (another one.)
I have also bought a smoker as I am a firm believer that bacon is only bacon when it has been smoked. The smoker also allows me to try out homemade smoked mackerel, salmon and hams, yum. I will keep you updated with my porky, and other culinary adventures.
